Soft cover, Shinsho size, 252 pages. The price is a bit expensive than general Jump Comics' because this book has about 50 pages over than usual.
Afterwords by Yasufumi Nakoshi (doctor of psychology), Top pages are printed in color, Additional newly-written manga at the bottom. Omote-1 and Omote4 under the cover introduces the character and his secrets.
The introduction at the back cover was really drawn by Usamaru-san's hand.

Linkage with blog

The idea before serialization or secret of the book was told at the Usamaru-san7s blog : Usagi * Hitori Club.

Because its background is modern high school life, Usamaru-san asked about school uniform and received so many hot opinion.
The name "Chiaki" was taken from the person who regularly comment in blog.
