ブルゴーニュの銘醸ワインを惜しげもなく空けた素晴らしい一日。ワインも豪華ならメンバーも豪華でした。印象的だったのがこのコシュ・ドゥリのムルソー。ビンテージは1991年。輝きのある麦わら色、ローストしたナッツのような香り、濃縮感たっぷりの厚みある味わいで余韻はおそろしく長い。フランスワインを代表するブルゴーニュの白、といえば、モンラッシェとムルソーと言われる、ど真ん中のワインですからさすがであるのは間違いないのですが、このどっしりした有りようは見事というしかありません。時間がたつほどにその個性が際だつようで、次のワイン、次のワインと進んでもBACKして確かめたい味わいでした。ちなみに試験では「古酒鳥」と覚えたというスチュワーデスがいらしたそうで。この日の他のワイン。フクザワ氏のトロボーACブルゴーニュ白、コシュ・ドゥリのACブルゴーニュ赤。ポムロールでシャトー・クリネ、家主からは当然のローヌ。シャトー・ド・フォンサレット、K嶋さんより、エマニュエル・ルージェのニュイ・サン・ジョルジュ、カミーユ・ジローのシャサーニュとジュヴレ・シャンベルタン、その他、シャトーヌフ、ジゴンダス。で、最後にアルザスの甘いワイン。ゲベルツトラミネール、セレクション・グラン・ノーブルです。何もここまで一日で開けなくてもと普通は思いますが、メンバーがこうだと違います。マッキー、イケダさん、マリリン、アレックス、ヨシカワさん、みんな凄すぎるよ-。ね、享子ちゃん。

Medium golden color,Mature,fully formed and intense nose of hazel nuts,grilled almonds and butter.In the mouth,there is plenty of fat and stuffing to this mature wine.The acidity level is quite low and the underlying structure has already melted away,but it is beautifully kept together by flowless balance.The finish is also quite long,and never loses the mouth-filling feel.A spectacular wine of monumental proportions, with plenty of fruits and fat left to last a decade or so.例によって英語のIkeda memo。
