WISECO PISTON 〜for CL400 406cc 〜
先週の話であるが、届いたピストンがこれ。
まともにピストンに触る事はないので、実は初見であるが、これが鍛造＋切削とは、、、。
これに合わせてボーリング（クリアランスは0.051mm）するわけだから、そりゃお金かかるよね〜。

純正のピストントップと比べると、純正はざらついていて、鍛造はきちんと切削してるなって気になります。

切削量少ないほうが単純にコスト下がりますしね～ コストぎりぎり設計ならば削らない方が吉ｗ（熱処理のタイミングとかありますけど
